5.2 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

5.3 Shipping Restrictions

We ship globally, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you during checkout.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receipt if:

  • The item is in original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • The original packaging and all accessories are included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Important Exception: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Game Equipment Protection items that have been used or removed from their original packaging.
