Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship globally, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia.

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 15 days of receipt.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging with all included accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Important Exception: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Game Equipment Protection items that have been used or removed from their original packaging.
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Support Team

- Product name and reason for return/exchange
- Your contact information
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely with:
- Completed return form (provided by our team)
- Original packing slip or order confirmation
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
- Exchanges shipped within 1-2 business days after approval
Refund Information
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Information
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
- Standard shipping rates apply unless the exchange is due to our error
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label if needed
International Returns
For customers outside the US:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
